BBC BASIC in TIOBE

Although the main theme of the article is the decline (using TIOBE criteria) in the popularity of VB and the possibility that no BASIC language will appear in the top 10, the plus side is that both Purebasic and BBC BASIC now appear in the top 100 alongside thinbasic. So, looking at things another way - although the Microsoft flavour of BASIC might be on the slide, other dialects are on the rise!

The language popularity graph I've seen shows
C
leading the pack and
BASIC
beating
PHP
.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm on the right path with
Script BASIC
.

Got anything ... a bit more recent? What with it being 2016 and all.

Sorry, I didn't notice the date for the graph.
It would be great if you rejoin the All BASIC forum. We now have 3 members that have the same interests as you join since you left.

The TIOBE graph that I linked to shows the trend from 2002 to 2016 using their way of calculating popularity.
