So I always backup my Linux data before installing a bigger Windows update like 1511 or 1607.
Well, I have all the data and making another installation doesn't take more than 20 minutes, but I can't configure boot manager correctly or it's being totally ignored during the boot process (there wasn't problem like that before). I use Windows as much as I use Linux, so removing Windows is not an option, but, in this circumstances, having a dual boot machine isn't one as well. So, it's virtualisation or two separate laptops for two systems. Great...
