Richard Russell also tried a while back to register but didn't receive a reply. I tried to message Admin but it doesn't appear that my messaging is working.

I'm not sure that Richard would want to register / participate at this point in time - but perhaps if he has the option?

Sorry for that. If he still wants to participate here, he should register again. The problem is that we have here 30 spammers registrations every day, so sometimes it is hard to find  one "real" registration amongst them (after one week or so).
