Is it a free hosting? The way free hostings work is that as long as a site doesn't have many visitors, everything's fine. When it's getting more popular and active, the problems start.

Yes in general that is true but i dont have any problems with mipropia hosting at all.

Oh, that's very easy to explain. :) Paid hostings are sometimes offline for technical reasons, not because the term and conditions give the hosting provider right to suspend/delete your account at any time and for no reason. As soon as your free hosting provider can see that you have no intention to become a paying customer, it is game over.
